Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the appropriate authorities. DraftExpress reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.
No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted.

All orders are final. There are no returns, refunds, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any of our shipping orders. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped, the address will not be altered.
DraftExpress is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, or inaccurate shipping information, and DraftExpress does not require a signature for the release of any shipment.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
When you submit an order to us on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email/invoice of your order stating that we are processing your order. You will then receive a second email from us when your order has been dispatched, giving you an estimated timetable for delivery.
Check both emails for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. If your order does not deliver to you as a result of inaccurate address information being supplied, we will not be liable to provide a replacement t-shirt/refund.
Please note that neither of these above emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us only when we dispatch the goods to you.
All items are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given on request where you have already paid for the goods.
