Jawad Williams and the Anaheim Arsenal earned their first win as a franchise on Tuesday night in thrilling fashion.

Williams sank two free throws with one second left in regulation as the Anaheim Arsenal defeated the Arkansas Rim Rockers 93-92.

Matt Haryasz then had a shot for the win, but his baseline fall away was short as the final buzzer sounded. Haryasz lead five Rim Rockers in double figures with 20 points and 14 rebounds.

Williams scored 16 of his game high 26 points in the final six minutes to overcome a poor shooting night. Williams was just 6 of 23 from the field, but was 9 for 9 at the free throw line in the final quarter.

"We just continue to grind it out,"? Williams said, "we knew this wasn't going to be an easy win."?

The Arsenal went on an 11-4 run to start the fourth quarter and cut the Rim Rocker lead to one. The game was back and forth the rest of the way with four ties and 11 lead changes.

"We played hard on the defensive end and we got a few key stops,"? said Williams.

With 12.8 seconds remaining Arkansas' Olu Famutimi was fouled on a put back dunk. The basket was good for the tie and the free throw put the Rim Rockers up by one.

Following a time out with 4.7 seconds left, Jerry Dupree inbounded the ball to Williams who was fouled by Famutimi on a running jumper with one second left.

Arkansas held a three point lead at half time and added to their lead in the third quarter. The Arsenal scored 35 points in the final quarter to complete the come back.
